As of November 3, Mr. Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Materials Group, went to Sinoma International for work investigation & guidance and attended the Strategy Seminar of Sinoma International. At the meeting, Zhou Yuxian listened to the overall report of Sinoma International’s "14th Five-Year Plan" development strategy given by Mr. Liu Yan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma International and members of the leadership team, and learned more about Sinoma International’s digital platform construction, localized investment and business operations, global resource allocation and international development, energy conservation and environmental protection industry development, and other business practices and achievements, as well as the way forward, growth path and measures for future specific businesses.

Zhou Yuxian affirmed Sinoma International’s measures to strengthen internal discussions and actively sort out strategies by closely focusing on implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party, the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform, and the pilot project of group state-owned capital investment companies. He agreed with its strategic positioning of becoming "the pioneer of CNBM's international development, the main force of CNBM's basic building materials industry's four transformations, and CNBM's pioneer in creating a world-class enterprise". He pointed out that Sinoma International’s overall strategic thinking is clear and the strategic direction is clear. Moving forward, it is important for Sinoma International to innovate ideas and methods, continue to improve the content of strategic planning, optimize business positioning, refine strategic measures, clarify timetables and responsible persons, and form a "14th Five-Year" strategy that could be quantified, appraised and implemented, which will lead and guide the company's future development and growth.

Looking forward, Zhou Yuxian put forward seven requirements. First, we must go all out to complete the annual production and operation tasks and contribute to the realization of the annual growth target of CNBM Group. Second, we must establish a unified and standardized system for the company's main business, further enhance the market competitiveness of the main business, and increase the company's value and comprehensive strength. Third, we must give full play to the advantages of internationalization, innovate the ideas and models of overseas operation and investment, and truly become the "pioneer officer" of the group's international development. Fourth, we must make good use of technological advantages to serve the cost reduction and comprehensive competitiveness improvement of the group's basic building materials sector, and promote the transformation towards a "digital, intelligent, green, and high-end" sector. Fifth, we must optimize the realization model of equipment business and enhance its market competitiveness. Sixth, we must strengthen reform and innovation by truly turning ideas into actions, actions into data, data into profits, pay great attention to market value management, and tell the development story and blueprint of Sinoma International. Seventh, we must attach great importance to the work of party building culture. The party committee must play the role of "setting the direction, managing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation". We must adhere to the combination of party building work and corporate culture, uphold the common belief and pursuit, and continue to unite employees and add fuel and power to the company’s growth. Zhou Yuxian also emphasized that all managers and employees of Sinoma International should make persistent efforts and go all out to make greater contributions to CNBM Group's construction of a world-class materials industry investment group with practical actions.
